Vue xStream 2014.5 natively recognizes Plant Factory content (without requiring ownership of Plant Factory). Animate Health, Seasonality or other published plant parameters directly inside the Vue Timeline.
When using Plant Factory plants in your EcoSystems, a new Quality setting is available in the Population list that lets you define the amount of detail of the plant instances, thus saving memory and reducing render times.
Significant improvements were added in Vue xStream 2014.5 to speed up the rendering of TPF plants - with a render-time gain of up to 20 times faster (advanced pre-computing of illumination on plants, improved illumination quality, etc...). Major improvements in the normal mapping algorithms also dramatically boost overall plant rendering quality.
Vue xStream 2014.5 offers a better access to TPF plant published parameters and mesh resolution directly within the Plant Editor. The Plant Editor is now resizeable for improved plant customization.
Finally, Vue xStream 2014.5 adds compatibility with Plant Factory lightweight preset technology (in Plant Factory 2014.5).

1. Install Vue 2014 build 12001433 , use the XST Serial , DO NOT START IT .
2. Install Vue 2014.5 build 12500914 , DO NOT START IT .
3. Gen Act Keys .
4. Start Vue 2014.5 , Select Activate Now and locate XST_125_act.key on the Desktop
5. If you need Extra RenderCows Select , Help -> Register RenderCow Pack , use the RCP Serial ,
Select Activate Now when prompted and locate RCP_125_act.key

C4D and any other App will work as long as you Install and Update properly !

Vray 3 + Max 2014 working
Actually it seems to work... I uploaded my plugin files for MAX 2014 + VRAY 3.0 at the link below. Extract the archive into C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2014\plugins. This is actually the vue_xstream.dll from the production package with xstreamvray3.dlr from the PLE.
If you seem to have an 'all white' render your exposure settings need to be adjusted. Typically using a vraycamera or using the VRay Exposure control addresses this.

- No Support for Antivirus is provided ! Those resource suckers delay the communication and initialization of the core , leading to activation failure !

- 3. You've installed the wrong plugin , either by selecting it wrong or update failure
- ---ALL Vue Updates are Cumulative and their reference is Build 12001433 . If you installed before Build 12002349 or 12500807 there's a possibility that the Update to Build 907 Failed , if you did not clean it up properly.
- 4. You installed in a custom path and/or manually edited the reg and/or env vars -> your problem -> you fix it !

- 1. Delete these folders entirely:

Once inside Vue you should no longer receive the copyright warning once you select materials
Step 2: While inside Vue, hit {CTRL N} once the Atmosphere Selector pops up LOOK at the bottom of COLLECTIONS you should see 4 symbols... The symbol beside the TRASH CAN is your COLLECTION DISPLAY SYMBOL press and HOLD it and scroll to the GHOST to hide all the CORNUCOPIA items that your BROKE behind can't AFFORD.... JUST KIDDING .... DON'T BE SO SERIOUS
Scenaio 2:
I did everything according to instructions, but after clicking on the button "Gen Activation Keys" I get this is a window ...
but the key files are generated on the desktop. With their help, I successfully register a Vue ... and it works .... BUT when I run Max 2014 x64 and try to use the plugin I get a window ....
Solution:
First Msg - > No VC9 Installation Found OR VC9 Version Open !
Second Msg - > Keys Successfully generated for VC10 Version !
On the other hand your MAX 2014 x64 Activation Screen shows a VC9 Path !?
MAX 2014 uses VC10 Version , somehow you got it to use the wrong Vue version ! there's a PATH conflict somewhere !
I managed to solve the problem with the plugin Vue in Max 2014 x64 by restoring previously deleted registry entries ..... I do not know which of them solves the problem .... that these records ...

1.)Can anyone help me? I'm having problems with my installation. I've followed i0n1c50ft's tutorial video on YouTube, yet when I open 3DS Max, I get an error saying that "xstreamVRay2.dlr failed to initialize", and the VUE plugin says that it needs to be activated. I've followed the "clean install" instructions multiple times, deleting the folders and scanning the entire registry and env variables for anything related to VUE but it still doesn't fix my problem. I had Vue xStream PLE installed before trying this crack, but I uninstalled it following the "clean install" instructions before making these attempts. Can anyone help?

Solution A.

1. The Activator doesn't block Vue from connecting outside.
2. If you allow Vue to connect and check for Updates , then at very first request they will know your app is not legit and will send an antidote for the activator.Do not allow non legit apps to connect outside !
3. If it asks for activation then your activation got broken , and you need to reactivate .
Do not reactivate by plugin , with no Vue or plugins open or app connected to Vue just regenerate the activation keys , then open Vue Standalone and Activate !
I found this in your log:

That's a synchronization error , at the time that command is issued the Activator is not even loaded !

This version doesn't support V-Ray 3 with Max (up to 2009-2014 (the original installer only installs the V-Ray 2 plugin so it doesn't get upgraded by new 2014.5 installer)
However posted hacked installers for using Vue with V-Ray 3 within Max 2009-2014 (based on the PLE installer).

Solution C.
Well I was wrong - the activation continue get broken. But...
While reading logs - I saw activation get broken even if plugin receives valid full license message from the host (RegistrationInfo Message).
Tried to sniff HTTP traffic - no attempts to send/receive messages while launching plugin or standalone Vue - HTTP is completelly silent...
Came to a conclusion that host sometimes is too late with its answer on plugin request (Info Message (command=5, desc=Reg Info)).
To test it I deactivated antivirus (KIS). At the moment of KIS deactivation - the license was broken but I launched 3ds MAX and tried to open Help-->About - and it works (!) - there were window with the GIRL!..
I reloaded 3dsMAX several times - and plugin was at one time activated at the other time asked for license at the third time About window was activated (with valid license number) but without THe GIRL... Activated-deactivated-no-girl-activated happens randomly.
So I came to the second conclusion: there is no need to reactivate license every time it get broken - problem is the communication time between plugin and the host VUE: sometimes plugin doesn't reseive message from host or receives it too late.
When antivirus deactivated (paused) number of succesfull launches is higher (plugin with host communicates faster).
With this conclusion in mind I quit my torrent-client (it was very busy and made busy CPU and drive) - number of succesfull plugin launches became even higher (about 90% I think).
It's just an idea - not final verdict... Maybe it's a stupid one - sorry if it is. I'll think about it tomorrow. ;-)
-->>Sulotion C. conclusion is Correct , every request from the Plugin to the Core has a timeout , the Antivirus delays a lot communication and initialization of plugins/modules .Also higher load on system resources has the same effect on communication with the core. ( FAiNT keygen owner wrought )
